CANCELLATION / REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Any product can be cancelled once ordered, the office just needs to be contacted and the order cancelled: 021 701 0787. If the product has not been shipped yet, then you will be reimbursed immediately. If however the product has already been shipped, then it will be for your account to return it to the Storm Distribution offices: No 33A Bell Crescent, Westlake Business Park, Tokai, Cape Town. Once the products has been received in its original packaging and in a re-saleable state, then  the customer will be reimbursed.

Any product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. If you decide you no longer want the product or would prefer another product, then the return courier cost will need to be covered by you.

Should the product be the incorrect product, faulty or broken, the return courier cost will be covered by Storm Distribution. (Within the borders of South Africa). Should it be an international order, we will review each case on its own merit.

A refund for the product will only be made once the product has been received by our warehouse. All items must be received in their original packaging and in the condition that you received it in. We will send you an email confirming the receipt of the returned product and we will then notify you once the refund has been made. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

We strive to make all purchases on the Storm Storage site a pleasurable experience and deliveries to be as efficient and convenient as possible. To this end, we use only proven courier services, who have provided us with the best service, time and time again.
